    dead emag

my friends emag, may have bitten the dust, well temporaly at least. off the bat, the battery is fully charged, 2 the board seems to be working, lights and what not, when the triger is pulled the shot count goes up, so he thinks that the hes, and trigger is adjusted ok, it fires in manual.
he thinks that the solonid bit the dust, is there any way to check that. he tried to call agd, but tech support is closed this week
    thanks

Check the wires running to the solenoid... Maybe the solenoid itself is fine, but one of the wires is damaged.

Take off the left side grip panel. Lift up on the solenoid arm and pull the trigger when the gun is turned on. If the arm pulls down, then the solenoid is working. If it doesn't move, then the solenoid is dead or the transistor on the board is bad. Either way, you're going to need to get in contact with AGD. Are you sure he's calling during their business hours?
