Good to know that somone of Tom's status seeks "relief" from a sport he helped create. A sport now ruled by a single patent.

After market internal parts have been proven to be useless, if not downright harmful to the operation of any mag.

Really can't tell that much difference...

I got one of the z-valves and installed it. The "regulator piston" that they sent was 1/32-1/16" too long and caused a leak out the back of the gun. I have noticed once or twice the pin in the on-off valve making it difficult to pull Valve Assembly out of the gun. As far a performance, I really haven't done any scientific testing, but the difference is very negligable(sp?), so I would say "Save your $$$"... If you really want one, I might make you a good deal on mine. I have a retro-valve making its way to me...

Hmm, when the pin is preventing the valve from sliding out, just pull the trigger back, that should release it.
