What is the BEST operating pressure for an RT Valve???

I have a MicroMag RT Valve (I don't know it there is any difference between RT and Retro) and I would like to know what the best operating pressure is. I took it to a shop(Which is not my regular shop and I didn't like the guy much) and the fellow has it running at 5-600 psi and the rear adjuster (for velocity) is waaay in. And he turned it a LOT. I thought that it was suppused to run at 9-1100 psi for best responsiveness with the RT Valve. Right now if I turn it past 600 psi all the air shoots out the back of the valve(which I think is the blow-off and I just need to back the velocity out). But I really want to know the best operating pressure.
    I have no Sig.

    Good Traders

Figure anywhere 700-900 is safe. Just set it where the trigger is most comfortable for you.

        RT valve pressure

        Input pressure should be between
750 - 900. The more pressure you have the more reactive the trigger will be, it's all personal preference. I don't have an ajustable tank, it's a PMI 68ci 3000 psi. The output is 850 and it works fine. The only prob I have is that the gun eats up too much air quickly. I
have to refill the tank after 3 or 4 games. Does anyone else know about this problem? Help would be apreciated.
