    hyperframe glytch

i know this forum is for agd tech. and im gonna call centerflag on monday, i just wanted to check here in the meen time. i was playin yesterday(sat) with my new hyperframe(2nd time out with it)and every now and then i would pull the trigger and the solenoid would click but the gun wouldnt shoot, like it was jammed. then i would wiggle the safety and as i was actually moving the safety the gun would shoot like the sear was getting jammed by the safety mech. anybody had this problem?

My safety can easily slip from one position to the other. I always turn off the powerfeed and shoot out the last ball between games to make it all safer.

At one time, the safety was out. It has been put back in, and it still slides around. There is very small screw, spring and ball bearing holding in the safety. Right now it is not a big deal, but if it jams on SAFE I'll just take the whole thing out.

lol, that happened with my cousins spyder, the saftey fell out, so he put it back in, and it would slide around somethins and jam so he just ripped it out and threw it away

ok, this is what centerflag said; the ratio of movement between the front and back of the sear is 3/1 respectively,so a reletively small move in the back translate into a much larger movement in the front.somehow the bottom end of my on/off pin got mushroomed(deffective replacement pin maybe) so it didnt always go up all the way, thus not leting the front of the sear drop far enough(remember the 3/1 issue).then wiggling the sear with the safety button let it finnish the travel!when i first got the new valve from cf the pin wouldnt come out of the valve and i thought that was odd, so i took my on/off valve out again and took a close look at the pin and sure enough it was mushroomed. i buffed it smooth and put it back together.cf makes 3 differnt length pins, they are sending me replacements(no charge)they must have gotten there cust. service practices from agd

The owner of CF actually used to work for AGD, so...
they must have gotten there cust. service practices from agd
                Yes they probably did.
I have also had nothing but good cust. service from Center Flag. Dennis is doing a great job.
