Might be a stupid question but.....

Ok, so this might be in another forum, or some other section of the AO, but I don't know where either would be. So here is my question.

I took apart my gun (cringe) to put in a foregrip and now I don't know how to put it back. (Yes I am a newb, thanks) Also, I want to change the angle at which the macroline goes. How do I do that?

Thanks for any help in advance.

P.S. I don't know all the proper terms, but the thing that I am refering to in the 2nd question is the part the connects the valve to the air tank. It's brass and that's all that I know.

If you don't have a video and a manual, call up AGD on Monday to register your mag, if you haven't already and request a video and manual. That should help out, then you will know what the parts look like. Good luck.

Foregrip goes in the front of the bodyrail. The bodyrail is that piece of metal under the body (the tube thingy ). It screws in. The hole behind it is for the little metal nipple to go through the body, that holds the barrel in place. You cant really screw it up, it only fits one way. As for attaching the macroline; Just put either loctite or teflon tape on tghe threads, then screw it in tight until you get the desired angle. I use teflon tape, as I am constantly changing mine around. If you use loctite, get the kind you can remove (other folks on this forum know what color it is...I dont, as I dont use it). That should be aboutr it!

What you may want to do with the macro line (if your fitting is brass I think thats for stainless steel) But you could buy 2 90* macroline fittings. Make sure they're the swivel kind. Then you just take the brass fitting out of the valve.. clean all the teflon material out of the threads on the valve. Then wrap the 90* fitting with some teflon tape and screw it in the valve where the old brass fitting came from. Then you can swivel the 90 any direction you want it. You'd also need to replace the fitting on your ASA (air source adapter where your tank screws in) Then you can run Macro between the two.
