Difference in foamies

Hi,

I've seen two types of foamies in use in Mags. One which is the standard three prong shape, fitting nicely against the metal it bonds to, and one which is simply a small circle sitting in the middle.

Any thoughts on which is better?

the round ones come on the ANS automag bolt, which is simply an inferior bolt to begin with. I doubt that you need a fomie, unless you use really fragile paint. I use diablo and marbalizer, no foemie.
