what is the differnece between level 7 and 10?

Level 7 is all current mags. Level 10 is a new bolt and valve part kit that will be released in a matter of weeks. The kit will retrofit any mag out there and will make any mag easier on paint and less prone to chopping.
Keep your eyes peeled for updates. By the way I live about an hour north of you. I occasionally make it out to PB Quest and will probably be there again in a few weeks.
