Just got my new/old valve and i have a few questions

ok to start off i got this valve through a trade and the guy did not tell me that it was pre-stars or BEAT TO HELL.

    1) i have no stars will AGD still do free work on it?

    2) the serial number is CF01779... when was it made?

    3) what level is it?

    4) i used to have a smartmag valve and it had 6 holes in the rear half of the valve, this onlly has 2. is this bad?

    5) isnt there spose to be a brass piece that sits on top of the on/off. the writing on the bottom is worn away, i have no clue.

how much did you pay for this 'valve'?
and the holes are just a thing to charge the gun up faster.. if you can shoot 16 balls per sec, then those 6 holes were good, if not, those 2 should be fine.

You only need 1 hole. As long as it lines up properly. Some valves under ~12000 don't have holes that line up, hence the addition of a second hole, which was most likely added by AGD to resolve this. The 6/8/big hemisphere hole mods don't do anything, since there is still only a fixed passage from the reg to the on/off.
