I need some information on the pull

In a regular 68 automag, if I were to pull the sear from below it (like in a emag's solenoid does it)

How much force in ounces does it need to pull it efficiently? (just enough force to shoot it as fast as it needs to be)

And how much distance does it need to be pulled? thanks to anyone who has the information.

Like making your own electronic grip frame. For example: take a dye frame and put in a microwitch and solenoid which is connected to the sear.
