Has anyone noticed a consistency in velocity with ported barrels as opposed to unported? My BOA with 4in of porting is very consistent over my stock minimag barrel, shooting marbs. Has anyone noticed a relationship between porting and velocity consistency?

That really doesnt have anything to do with the porting. I would say that the the boa has a better paint-barrel match. Paint-barrel match is very important when it comes to consistancy.-Gig 'Em Ags! -
