    Barrel Stuck??

ive jus bought a used automag and with it came ceramic j&j barrel and another smaller barrel i put the smaller barrel in the automag and it got stuck. ive tried turning it clockwise and anti clockwise but although it does move slightly the barrel will not turn or come out also if i look down the powerfeed the barrel is not lined up so i think i must of put it on wrong in the 1st place is their anything you would recomend to get the barrel out or has anybody else had a similar problem because returning it to the shop isnt that easy as it was mail ordered.
    Thanks
    Tom.

You may need to push the barrel in a little when turning it.. Mine sometimes hangs up on the lip on the twistlock in the barrel. The only thing you can do would be loosen the allen screw on the twist-lock. You'll need to remove the bodyrail to get to it

would it be a really bad idea to use a monkey wrench to try to remove the barrel?

yes . Unscrew the bottom pin adjuster. Sometimes it's too tight anyways.

To get it out remove the screw holding the trigger frame on. If you can turn it then the turn lock is not the problem. You might have gotten it stuck in the nubbin slot. I did this with my 10" CP barrel. The Trigger fram screw might also be too long, you might have to put washers on it.

Its probably just that your front trigger frame screw is too long. Simply unscrew it, and take the barrel out. To prevent it, you can either switch screws or put a washer over the existing one (I did this on mine and it worked fine afterwards). Let us know if you get the barrel off.
