    What is the real scoop on the level 10

    What is the scoop on the level 10 thing everyone is talking about? What does it do? What parts are modified? What will it cost? Will i be able to have my level 7 minimag upgraded to it? Do i have to send my gun in ? Please help me i have only been hearing little bits and pieces about this mod and the videos wont work.
