I'm not really familiar with this since i just got a automag 68 classic and am pretty new to paintballing. Will this improve the accuarracy of my shots or whats is advantage over other barrels. If its not the best what would you recommend???

The Freak
The freak is a AWESOME barrel to get. It is accurate as long as you have a good paint to barrel match. The main benefit is that the freak comes with inserts so that you can use any bore paint. It is one of the best barrels to get in my opinon.

the freak is a sweet barrel (thats why the pros use it). Having inserts means that you will almost always have a good paint/barrel match. If you are cheap like me though, get a smart parts teardrop. They are cheap, accurate and cool to look at. IBComment

Yes I agree with invisibleBill, if you don't have enough for the Freak System you can just a buy a teardrop. They're medium bore .689 and shoot most paint very consistently.
Now if you play in tourneys you should save for the freak so you can match any tourney paint. Or if you want as another option you can buy the Freak Front that you want in the color you want, and buy a Freak back. Also you'd need to pickup the inserts that match the paint you usually shoot. This is a cheaper way to still have the benefit of the multiple paint matching ability.
I don't have one myself so I can give you an unbiased opinion. They're definatly a nice system and if I shot a wider selection of paint I'd get one, however I mainly use PMI premium or Diablo blaze and the teardrop works just as good as the freak with the matching insert - .689.Comment

a better barrel than the freak is the custom products pro barrel system it has all differnet backs not just inserts with different bore sizes

I would go with the Freak over the CP Pro barrel System or J&J Edge. The reason being the inserts. As the inserts are not gun-specific, you can use 1 set of inserts on multiple guns, as long as you have at least one back for each thread pattern. This is a big win for someone like me, who has guns which use 4 different thread/retention systems. All I need is one freak kit, with say an angel back, then a cocker back, mag back & spyder back, and all my guns are covered, instead of havong to buy 3-5 backs per gun at $40 a piece.2k2 VF Cocker, STO/Eclipse Blade, Old-Style 14" Boomstick,
