I bought an Intellframe and put it on my marker with a Retro Valve and it doesn't fire. I tried everything i possibly can think of. What happens is when you air it up, the trigger has pressure bihind it, but when you pull the trigger, nothing happens. I have adjusted and lenghtend the sear pin, the sear, axle and pin are brand new. I think that the sear isn't hitting the on/off but i'm not sure. I have taken every piece off and put each piece on my friends mag since it's exactly the same, and everything works except my Intellaframe works like garbage on his. Let me know what you guys think. What I'm thinking I just may have to do is send it in, but if that can be avoided, I wouldn't mind much. Thanks. And if anyone is thinking that the IP may be it, i have it between 700-800.

first mistake adjusting the trigger rod length..... the in itself will cause problems.... there is a post floating aroundin this fourm that sayes what the correct length is.....
once you reset it back to where it should be let us know if it fixes it or not.... and we'll go from thereVirus, King of the Basement Trollz has spoken

pin
When I first got it i put it in and tried it and the same thing happened which made me belive that I needed to lenghten the pin so the sear would hit the on/off to make the gun fire.2K2 Bead Blasted Shocktech Cocker

As long as there is a 1/16" gap between the trigger rod and the trigger (when the gun is gassed up), it will be fine. If not, you need to put it back to stock settings. As for the gun not shooting; did you check the velocity? If the velocity isnt high enough, it'll do that. Now that you have a Retro valve, your gun is considered a Retromag (functionally identical to an RT).-Gig 'Em Ags!Comment

I have turned in the velocity, turned it out and all that jazz and it still didn't work. The reason I needed to know about the Retro Valve and if my mag would be an RT or not is beacause the order form for the Intella is check if it's a Rt or not, Not rt pro but RT. That led me to think maybe I don't have the right frame. Thanks for the help. I'll puttz with it some more and see what happens.2K2 Bead Blasted Shocktech Cocker

Only difference is the RT valve system uses a hollow rear bolt called a banjo bolt. The Retro Valve (Same thing as RT vlave but made without banjo bolt) uses the same rear field strip bolt the Standard A.i.r. valve uses. The difference in frames for the two is they have to drill a little bigger hole for the RT's than with standard mags. If you got the frame for a standard mag you did right. Are you holding the trigger when you gas the gun up? If not the bolt may be sliding forward and sticking. Degas the gun, Hold the trigger when connecting you air source. Once you have the tank screwed in all the way or the on/off valve on your tank (flatline or similar)turned on the release the trigger. See if it fires that way. Also.. its not stated and I'd hope you are using HPA... are you running CO2 or Nitro/HPA?Comment
