    10" Boomstick Nubbin Question

I bought a boomstick and it only has the nubbin on one side. My RT Pro stock barrell has it on both sides. Would this be a problem? I took off the metal nubbin and replaced it with a plastic one.

    Thanks,

No, don't worry about it. All non-stock barrels are single nubbin. RT Barrels come in left feed, right feed or vertical, not left/right & vertical as aftermarket barrels do, so the stock RT barrels are dual nubbin, and all aftermarket barrels are single nubbin.

also most aftermarket barrels have a deeper groove than stock ones so plastic nubbins don't always work on them as good, if you have lost range, your double feeding, or notice anything weird like that, then throw your old nubbin back on.

I got the barrell on ebay and had to replace the o-rings with the ones that came with the RT and I took the metal nubbin off. So if I have to put it back on how far should it stick out into the breech?
