Proper Trigger Rod Length for Minimag

Hey I heard a couple different things about this...so I need the right answer. How long should the trigger rod length be on my Minimag? Also, does it matter what type of trigger/trigger frame you have? Thanks for your help.

1.98" This is the setting from the factory and shouldn't be messed with. If an aftermarket frame is machined improperly, then you might have to adjust it in so it doesn't touch the back of the trigger. The key is to be able to see a 1/16" gap inbetween the tip of the trigger rod and the back of the trigger when gassed up. This will insure that the bolt is being fully latched and that the on/off is fully open.
