    Intellifed Halo

Is there any point to Intelli-feeding a Halo? Also, I see the term 'Halo B' in a bunch of posts. How can I tell the difference between a 'B' and anything else?

There is no point in intelifeeding a halo. They can consistently feed at rates upto 20 bps. The difference between halo a and halo b is. Halo A was the first gen series... they had some feed problems..i.e. the loader chopping paint and misfeeding. Halo B is the current version. If you bought a new one.. you'd get a hola b. No need in intelifeeding.

That's pretty much what I figued about the intellifeed bit. I got my Halo "new" off of eBay. I haven't had any feeding problems w/it & I have no idea whether it's an 'A' or 'B'...

I believe halo a's are gear driven... and halo b's are belt driven. Turn it on and see if it sounds like gears grinding? Or does it hum like a belt? Good luck bro.
