    Which N2 system?

Weel needless to say I'm in the market for a N2 system! I was particularly looking at the 68ci 4500psi models! And have it down to Crossfire and Pure Energy companys( both of which have this type tank for around $200)! Are these good choices or is there better for the same price range? I cant see any benefit to paying $450 for a Spart Parts tank, when these are bigger and are $200! So what do you guys think? Is there any other items that I should get as well? I'm running an automag with new R/T valve(it was running in CO2 setup!)

    Thanks guys!

The reason for the price swing would be the higher priced tanks have adjustable regs on them, the cheaper are preset. If you can live with preset, save the $$$!

PMI and Crossfire tanks are great choices.

That said, the Max-Flo is worth every penny I paid for it. It's adjustable, incredibly consistent, more compact than a screw-in setup, and has a built in on/off that dowsn't vent.

Mycroft I'll look into that regulator! I understand the price swing now as well! I think its the crossfire tank that has the Reg preset to 450 or 850 and its $10 differnce so I would go with the 850psi! What is the advantage to haveing adjustable Regs?

Howdy. Having an adjustable reg on a tank when you have the RT valve will let you "control" how much bounce the trigger has. My friend has a preset PMI tank (output is 850 psi) for his RT pro, and he says that it is fine. Another way to control the bounce it to get an on gun reg, like the gen-x reg, which allows you to buy a preset tank but control the bounce. I presonally like Air America Nitro systems, but the max flow is just as good (maybe even better, but I haven't used one.) as a Air America, though its reg is bigger in the up and down dimensions. Hope this helped, IB.

You'll need the 850psi preset for the RT automag & NEVER run co2 on that!

The adjustable regs allow you to adjust the input pressure to your gun. The RT will work fine with a preset (850psi).

The adjustable reg will give you a different feel to your trigger, less psi will give you less kick back on the trigger, more psi will kick harder or "more bounce".
