    HELP e-mag not firing in e-mode

    i have the same problem as (e-mag2002). when you put it in mechanical mode it fires fine then when you put it in e-mode it goes on the shot counter but does not fire.please help asap.

    I worked with emag2002 on his gun problem and concluded it's either the board or the solenoid. Those need to be fixed by AGD and require you to send the gun in. How close are you to Pevs paintball? If you go to the Fairfax store, RobAGD works there and is qualified to take a look at your gun and figure out the real problem. The other option is to call up AGD and get an RMA number.

      im about 2 and half hours away from pevs paintball.
      Also what is a rma number

        In order for you to be able to send it back to AGD, you must call them and they'll give you an RMA number to send the gun back in. You write that number on the box and that way when they receive it they know what it is and which department it needs to be sent to. In the case of your gun, they'd send it to the tech department and it'd get in a waiting line with all of the other guns to get fixed. If you send it without that RMA number, then they'll send it right back to you without ever opening it.
