ok...well its fits.... but the trigger doesnt come out far enough to charge....so it wont fire... but has a springy trigger feel....

There should be about 1/16" gap between the trigger and rod..when the trigger is at rest. Adjust the rod 1/4" turn at a time to get this gap. Then you should be able to use it. If you need to know how long the rod is before adjusting (if you can't get dye frame to work and the stock won't work after adjusting) the length from tip of trigger rod to the back (behind the clevis on the sear assy) it's 1.98 inches.
