Leak at back end of valve!?!?!

I just recieved my new... old rt the valve on the back says rt, and thas it no serial or anything...

anyway, there is a leak that gets louder the more I turn my tank in towards the back right area of the valve... I would like to know what I can do to fix this

I've been told its the banjo bolt orings

try turning down the velocity. i know the valves have a release pressure so you can't set the velocity too high. it would leak out the back if you did..
