Need help with hyperframe on spyder

i just put a hyperframe on my friends compact and it usually works but sometimes it sounds like it double fires. it usually works fine but it will double fire like a said. anyone know what could be causing this? its brand new so i dont think the sear is bad. thanks

the sear isn't catching the bolt.... so then it fires a second time how new is the bolt? check with bolt wear... the part of the bolt that catches onto the sear...... just pull out the quick relase and hold in the rear velo. adjuster and pull out te pin and just look around
