I am currently looking at PMI Pure Energy 4500psi nitro tanks, and I am noticing that the higher the ci on the tank, the higher the price. Now remember I am only looking at 4500psi tanks. Does a bigger tank mean more shots per fill? And how many shots will I expect on a 45/4500 and a 68/4500 tank? Thanks
Does cubic inch affect shots per fill?

The bigger your tank, the more air it holds. The more air it holds, the more shots you can get out of it.-Gig 'Em Ags! -
omg im so stupid hahah for some reason i thought that psi was a set capacity of air no matter the size, but of course the bigger the tank, the higher the pressure = the more the capacity. haha thanksComment

if you have 4500 psi you get 15 shots per ci, 68/4500=1020 shots. 3000psi is 10 shots per ciComment

Espomag454, thank you very much for clearing that up. It makes perfect sense now. Coaster, you asked barrel I had. I do not yet have an Automag but I am looking at a Tear Drop barrel. What barrel do you have?Comment

just so you know the psi DOES get you more shots also. its pretty simple really, the larger the tank, or the more air inside the tank=more shots
