i cant get my flatline reg off, it seems jammed to me. i just got it used. any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to adjust the output pressure, or completely unscrew the black reg. body from the back half of the reg.?
If you're trying to adjust the output and it's stuck, use a cresent wrench to loosen the lock ring on the nut and then use a 1/8" allen wrench to loosen/tighten the output adjuster.
If the second situation is your problem, then stick an allen wrench in one of the four holes in the reg. body and use that as leverage. Make sure the tank is COMPLETELY drained and the on/off is in the off position when you go to unscrew the reg. body. -
