this is not a deep blue thread, it is a tech board thread. A stock warp feeds about 16 balls per second. You can do a 12v mod which kicks it up to around 26.

You might need to turn up the sensitivity and/or dwell settings.

with my NiMH batteries fully charged (i have two 8.6V's in series) the warp spins at a bit under 3 rps, or 180 rpm. using 3" diameter for the wheels where they grip the ball, i get 2,461 BPM or 41 BPS. speedy.
        over a case a minute.

I thought feeding more than 12 volts into the Warp motor can cause failure? When I do a voltage mod I use 2 9 volt batteries in series fed into a 12 volt voltage regulator... Therefor I get a nice steady output of 12 volts. Maybe I was wrong about how much voltage can go into the warp...?

Nope. Here is the quote from the Warp Manual:

Never put more than 12 volts into the system! Doing so will blow the board.
Some people have had success with more than 12 volts. However, the unit was NOT designed for this voltage. If you really wanted to drive the motor at more than 12 volts you should isolate the extra voltage from the circut board (electronic relay such as an SCR).
