Lvl 10 and the shortest spring

I just rec'd and set up the Lvl 10 on 2 markers today. The first on a Retro AM with little problem.

On my E-Mag, it would vent air and pushing on the bolt did not make a difference. The marker would not shoot in any mode. I tried carriers 2.5 to 1.5 and it still vents.

Changing from the medium spring to the shortest stopped all venting and it shoots normally.

I haven't had a chance to chrono. Has anyone had any problem chronoing at 300 FPS with the shortest spring?

I dont think you would have a problem, I just think level 10 wouldnt be as effective.

did you try removing/adding any shims?

I'm using 2 shims with the shortest. I tried with 2, 1, and 0 with the med spring. If I have problems at the chrono on Sunday, I fool with the shims.

Chrono'd just fine today at the field. 278 +-2... No worries!
