Anyone who knows how to solder please help

Can someone please help me solder some of the wires back on to the warpfeed board? The top ones ripped off and I don't know how to solder them back on. And my 12volt wire ripped off too. Could I ship my warp feed to someone on "the boards" and they would solder my wires back and maybe install a LED light? I would supply the parts to the person and pay the shipping and give the person some money for there help.....

Do you know where the wires go, but just not know hot to soldier them?

I suck at soldering... Ive tried to make an attempt to do the mods(on and off, LED, 12volt) but somethings wrong.

are you stripping the wires enough, letting the solder dry?

Flux doesn't "dry" it cools and hardens.
