Alternate Intelliframe Wiring?

I want to intellifeed my gun, but i'd rather have it so i interface the frame and the hopper with a removable 1/4" cable instead of plugging together two connectors which are permanently attatched to both the fram and the hopper.

Before going on with the mod - I was wondering if these would do the trick? (1/4 mono female ends which would mount in both the frame and revvy.)

The Intelliframes (at least the ones from the first run) had a hole to mount a 3/32" female plug in them. I think 1/4" is a bit big for what you're doing. I had mine run with the 3/32" for a while, it was less comfortable with a plug sticking out of the frame that the wire poking out of the grips.
