I've just bought the intelliframe, and what I notice is that when I put everything together there is about a 1/16" gap between the main body and the valve.. and with the standard trigger frame I think these were perfectly flush.
I've had problems on the field and wonder if this is part of it.. eg I had to change the power tube spacer and got some power tube related leaking.
I bought this mag on ebay a while back and even though I replaced everything with original parts when I got it I'm not sure that it has ever been "perfect". Other mag owners find the trigger pull "rough" and my consistency isn't what I want it to be.
I'm tempted to just buy a retro valve, effectively starting with a clean slate, but would be GUTTED if I had the same problems afterwards.
