On my mag, the trigger is really heavy, like heavier than my tippman 98c, or even a pro-lite, is it supposed to need like 5 pounds of pressure to pull, or is there something wrong, im using the Classic valve with a carbon fiber frame and the Eclipse double trigger.. is there any way to get a lighter trigger pull without buying a Retro valve?

you need to shorten the sear and do some other stuff. Its gonna cost you money anyway, so i really recommend saving up for a retro. I tried one and now i just have to have it!Starting a new team!

mag trigger heavy..... i just love hearing that.... my old carbine that was heavy.... and most likely of all the mags here i probly have the heaviest trigger here but that is because i run 1200psi into my retro valve both when i use my Zgrip and my stock frame (and i still can find the sweet spot.. but ya should see the ROF) =)
there is no adjusment to the trigger rod needed.... if your mag is still fairly new and new to you... it is probly a combo of a few things.... 1. not use to the trigger, 2. finger muscles not use to the trigger motion, weather through tring to increase your ROF or just an improrper grip... 3.need to bresk the mag in a little more first.......
seeing you said your runnin a classic... and co2 is cheap.. fill a couple of tanks and just empty them dry firing till your finger hurts..... this will allow your finger to get used to the mag alot with building strengh in it and allows your to learn the trigger... after a while you will probly find that pullin off real quick bursts becomes 2nd nature and causes less fatigue on your hand/fingerVirus, King of the Basement Trollz has spoken

a little of this may be because hes not used to it, but my brother has a cocker, and before i got the retro, my trigger pull was definitely over twice as heavy as his. Now mines better
