emag burping in electro

I've had my emag for a while now and always use it in electro. Every now and then when I fire a fast string it seems like it'll burp like it's short stroking which usually makes it chop. I checked teh plunger to see if it was bent and it looks to be in good shape, no wear marks, but the nut that goes on top of the plunger with the star washer underneath was really loose and i was wondering if that could be the problem and if it was how tight to make it. thanks

could be that, and check your sear..

Have you checked your bolt spring to see if its worn out (short)?
