How Do U Change A Trigger?

I HAVE A BENCHMARK TRIGGER FRAME AND I WANNA CHANGE THE TRIGGER BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE THE PIN OUT. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT?

First off, don't type in caps, it doesn't get any more attention, and its just kind of annoying. Second, why would you want to change the trigger? Intelliframe triggers won't fit in it, and the actual trigger part is fine. you've got to knock the pin out with a punch of some kind. Sometimes pins only go in and come out one way, so you wouldn't want to damage anything

well unless your gunn do crap 2 it just leave it in.. theres no reason to take it out unless your doin work on it.. if u are then push it out with a press and punch
