You can call J&J Performance out of Ohio, 330-567-2455. Nice barrels for Centerfeed Mags.
Smart Parts also makes the Centerfeed Freak and that's about it. You can always have a pf barrel custom milled, but it could get a lil pricey to do so.

Dye makes vertical feed barrels as well. You could also get a vert stock RT barrel (Meh, I think they're good), but I think you're looking for a more aftermarket barrel. I know someone around here mills barrels for verticla feed, maybe post a thread asking about it in the main forum?
