    Flatline w/ impulse?

I have a 4500/68 flatline and am getting an impulse. Am I going to be able to turn the output pressure down enough to run the impulse or do I need to get a different tank and if so which one?

Not sure about this, but I know in the 3K verions you could replace the Flatline spring pack with an Automag spring pack that made it run better at lower pressures. For around the same price, you might want to look at a Max-Flow, DynaFlow, etc. They'll work very well at lower pressures, as well as provding excellent recharge and consistency. Ask LoadSM5 about his DynaFlow. Performance should be about the same between the two tanks, DynaFlow has a smaller regulator though.
