    Intelliframe problem!

I just bought a new Intelliframe for my RT and when I bolted it on and gassed up my gun, the trigger rod moved forward and rested against the trigger. When I went to cycle the valve, the trigger would move back, fully pressurized, but wouldn't unlatch the bolt. I tried firing with my stock frame and it worked fine. I have enough pressure in my tank. The velocity is up plenty. I'm thinking that maybe I need to screw my trigger rod in some, but what effect does it have being too long? Any ideas?

      I know I know

This worked w/ mine so I will tell you. If this is a bad idea somebody tell me. Alright here it goes, Get the sear and take a lighter to the conection where the sear and the rod meet so that you can break the loctite seal(it won't take much). Then screw the rod in a good amount(turn to the right) and put mag back together. Try it out and see if it works. If not disassemble and screw rod in some more and keep trying until it works. PM me if you need anymore help.

If your going to mess with the trigger rod, unscrew it in the tiniest increments. When you find the right leangth, loctite it again so it doesn't move on you. You should always have some slack between teh triggiger and the trigger rod, and it should fire before the trigger gets all the way back. This allows the valve to cycle correctly. Dial calipers will be very handy for any trigger rod work. They will allow you to measure it, so you can completly unscrew it, put on loctite and get it back to the leanth you wanted. They will also allow you to ajust it back to the stock leangth if you mess up, with is 1.985in. (note, don't try and use a ruler )
          good luck
