I just baught a new auto mag 68 calssic and the letters written on the valve (68 Automag) dont want to line up. When i turn it back it wants to slip out of line again is thia somthing i sould worry about ? will the air still flow through. and is it anything i can fix easily thanks for the help!

that's happens, after you charge the gun up a and fire a little, the holes in the reg line up(the holes in the older valves didnt line up perfectly). -

Yeah mine does it too...it doesn't really matter. Just make sure you don't unscrew it too much when taking your valve out. You want to put a new reg seat in, and then don't take your two halves apart until you get velocity problems."If everything is under control your not moving fast enough."
