ok, I think I asked this question b4 but I dont think I ever got an answer. I'm wondering (say velocity drop off, hopper feed rate, valve recharge rate, tank, input pressure was not a problem) how fast can a mag shot in bps? sayu nothing would be stopping it, how many times a second cana mag bolt go totally forward and totally back?
mag rate of fire....

I think its around 35-40 complete cycles...and still be able to feed paint. After that there won't be enough time for a paintball to fall in front of the bolt. I know Butterfingers posted "Who's Your daddy" and it was a film of an emagnum shooting 25 bps with paint! Wow! anyway maybe he'll get on here as he knows more about the bolt cycle/dwell time. -
Howdy. I believe that the classic valve can do 14-16 bps, no shoot down, while the RT/retro can do 24-26 bps with no shoot down. I don't think that gavity hoppers (Revies, HALOS, etc.) can feed that fast, though the warp feed can, but only for 30 shots. Hope this helps. IB.Comment

Just to clear this up the emagnum was firing 30 bps. And yes halo is force fed. And 3, a corkscrew (by Wicked Sportz, soon to be released) loader can feed 35 bps.MM19223 -=Minimag=-
