Air related problems woth my mag?

i just got my mag back from the shop, and when i gassed it up to try and shoot it, it shot the first couple shots hot, after that, i tryied to shoot it pretty quick, and it sounded like a very bad timed cocker. what hast happend to my gun, could it be a bad air connection? I have my macro run from the asa straight to my valve. plz help.

If your first shots were hot, you may have to replace your reg-seat o-ring. If that dosent work, try replacing all the o-rings in the valve with a parts kit. They are available from the store here on AO.

If that dosent work, check the input pressure on your tank. If your currently at 600psi, try upping it to around 800psi.

Let me know if this works or not.

i'll probably pick up a parts kit at my local proshop when i go to pick up my intelli frame. the shots may have been hot because my velocity screw is around 5/8 s of the way in. that might be normal, i'm not sure. i'll try that. thanks.

and my tank is preset at 850.

First shot hot is the reg seat. First shotS hot, is probably somthing else. It could still be the reg seat though. If your velocity is way up, and you are getting shootdown, it could be guess what the reg seat :). Now, for non-regseat possibilities your shortstroking, or them messed with somthing they shouldn't have such as teh trigger rod or on-off pin.
