Small piston left my LVL 10 bolt

I'd give AGD a call. They may exchange it for a new one. This way, they'd be able to see where yours failed and implement any changes that may be needed.

We already know the problem and it's the fact that it's a two piece unit. The next batch will be machined as one piece. It's very simple to fix it. Just put a drop of red loctite on it and make sure it covers all of the surface, gently press it into the end of bolt stem making sure that it's somewhat centered in the hole and LIGHTLY tap on it with a smooth faced hammer. Keep tapping it in until it doesn't go anymore and then measure it with calipers. It should measure 2.010" from the tip of the bolt to the stem sticking out the back.

I'm pretty sure the piston came out due to a problem I had with the bumper.
During one game it got destroyed (I'm still finding small pieces of it in my gun). I found it later, when my Emag started to leak due to the problem with the piston.

I'm sure the bumper was in place at the beginning of the game. It wasn't new, which could explain what happened.

I suppose the deceleration of the bolt was so high without the bumper it made the piston move out of his place.

There might be too much friction on the bolt, you could try a carrer .5 sise bigger, just a thought, I dont even know if it would work.. but I would think that would help prevent it from happening again..
