    Problem with level 10 diameter

I just received my LVL 10 today (August 16th) and tried to install it, but the bolts diameter is too large for my body. The bolt will not go through the bolt stop in the body just before the powerfeed. Before I send my LVL 10 back to Airgun Designs I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem. I also wanted to just let Airgun Designs know that there is a problem with the bolt. Maybe it is just my bolt, but maybe Airgun Designs should check their machinery. If an Airgun Designs Rep. would post on this thread I would really be thankful.

its normal, its a lil bigger then the old bolt helping to seal off the barrel/breach preventing blowback... use a file man and file out the body si it fits.. also u should search on this.. alot of people had the same prob as u

          Nope

No, the main section of the bolt will not fit through the hole before the powerfeed. The part that seperates the bolt/and spring from the barrel.

This is a problem that has occured before on some of the older Mags. The mainbody washer is what's causing the bolt to hang up. Over time, it develops a bit of a burr on it and with the increased diameter of the LVL 10 bolt it sometimes doesn't fit.

All you need to do is take a round file and smooth out the inside of the washer. Just take your time and keep trying to fit the bolt in after a few seconds of filing until it fits. It won't void your AGD warranty unless you seriously damage the washer.
