    Stock Grip Frame Intellifeed Mod

Here is a tutorial that I wrote on how to convert the stock carbon fiber frame to intellifeed.

Check it out and tell me what you think.

    Thanks!

Snertz, Well Done! Makes a neat project for all those wanting to get an intelliframe without the intelliframe cost especially for those having the stock frame just lying around in the parts bag...

Yep, exactly the reason I built it. I only had 10 bucks, so no intteliframe for me, but thats when I walked past radioshack...

Ya, my page is on freeservers.com, and I can't stand that stupid banner on the top either.

          Nice

          Looks good. A question though:

          - Why did you use that particular switch instead of a roller or leaf type ? imho, they are a little better suited for this application and they are a little smaller so you would not have had to carve out as much of your frame as you did.

Anyways, as long as it works reliably thats all that matters. Nice work.

Yea, I had this switch lying on my desk when the idea of intelli'in the stock frame so I just used what ever I had at hand instead of dragging myself out to the local radioshack. I actually now have a few of those micro switchs but they weren't much smaller than the switch I used.

Hehe, Sweet, any other variations on other frames would be awsome to see, so to anyone else out there that has it done to anything other than the original intelliframe, please post!

Umm, not too sure because I have yet to shoot a intelliframe, but the way I have my gun set up, the trigger feels shorter than stock due to back stop screws and me removing that gap between the rod and trigger. The rod now touchs the trigger with a little pressure, but still no probs with firing or shootdown. Side to side play was eliminated with a washer or two next to the trigger on the pin that hold the trigger. (Thats a bit confusing )

Give it a try with the kapp frame, and good luck!
