Z-Grip help (please help)

I picked a Z-Grip up, and when I went to put it on my gun, the gas through and reg where in the way. So I took them off the gun and the Z-Grip fit... but I had nothing on my gun then... no handle of any kind... just the grip and that's it! could someone help me please, I need to know how to run the air, and also if there is a way I can extend the grip so I have something to hold on too...

if you have a gun with the Z-Grip or a pix of one, please post it, I want to see what the finished product looks like.

Boomer sorry the benchy didnt work out to your liking. As far as the z-grip goes, in order to have the fore-grip and z-grip on there together your going to need a foregrip extender. Something like what this guy uses HERE . Kapp and a few others make this product. It should solve your problems.

you need to modify a KAAP forgrip extender to fit.

Also goto paintball talk section and look through the automag pictures thread. There are a few different types of extenders in various setups. Page 22 has a intelly with a kapp, a z-grip with a kapp (damn hose is in the way of where it contacts the grip though) and a small one that facts is using that someone was selling for cheap on the classifieds section (dont know if this will be long enough though).

blackvcg had an excellent thread on how to mill your foregrip extender...

here is a pic of how i did mine...

its at a weird perspective...the mag is turned upside down, (sitting on its top), and the barrel is pointing at the bottom of the pic

damn... that's a tight fit! Do you have to shave all the extenders to make them fit?

Yeah none of them fit. The extender hits the trigger gause, so what you have to do is actually cut out some metal in the middle, bottom side of the extender which well allow it to fit. You might be able to get it done with a hacksaw, a vice, alot of time, and alot of being damn carfull.

I guess the best thing to do, is look for someone who has already done it, and is selling theres... or wanted another color....... i just want black... nothing eles...
