is reallllllllly tight and i cant turn it.. is there something wrong? any way i can make it more loose?

Try putting a dab of gun oil on it and see if that helps it.
You do not want it to be too easy to turn. Nothing like having the plug twist a little in the middle of a firefight and have a spell of dry firing instead of elims.

They are supposed to be tight. If you have the hole, you could use it for leverage to twist it. Other than that, a wrench/vice or somthing, but that will scratch it up. Or just hold it and alot of force
