    TKO feed questions

okay, yeah im a n00b and this is my first post here!...now that thats outta the way, i have a question...i am looking to buy a TKO automag...but sadly i come to find the powerfeed version is only available LEFT! AND IM RIGHT HANDED! is there a big enough difference between power and standard feed that is crucial? i am wanting to tone down my ROF anyway, so i hope i dont shoot too fast....but is powerfeed worth it?...cuz what i might do is if paintballgear.com is willing to swap out the left powerfeed for a right powerfeed i will ask em...they prolly will charge me a bit more, but thats where u guys come in to tell me if powerfeed is worth it.

Well, since a TKO mag is simply a Mag kit(Mag + barrel, foregrip & bottomline), you could always order a HR mag from AGD or Modified Paintball, I'm sure Don could come up with a TKO equivalent kit. Or call them and ask if you can get a HR body instead of a HL body.

I'd definitely get a powerfeed mag over a standard feed (Says the guy with teh S/F Level 10).

    HR means Hopper Right
    HL means Hopper Left
These are semi-standard abbreviations used on AO
    2k2 VF Cocker, STO/Eclipse Blade, Old-Style 14" Boomstick,
68AutoMag Classic Feed CF11023, Ring trigger.

If your right handed you want a HL. If your right handed with a warp, you want a HR.

HL is hopper on left side, HR is hopper on right side.

Hopper left means that the hopper is on the left side of the gun. The hopper sits just slightly left of center so it doesn't stick out too far. This is perfect if you are right handed. At first it is hard to get used to if you have used standard feed guns in the past that have the hopper on the right. Putting the hopper on the left keeps it from sticking out like a balloon just waiting to get shot.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I'm right handed, I used a HL untill I got my warp. When i traded for a HR, I played for a day with it and no warp, and it was kinda wierd. Most right handed people prefer HL (hopper on the left side), but a HR can be used. Does anyone have a pic of a gun with an HL, or HR, setup with revy and all to clarify this better

                          Warp?

The question here is...Do you ever plan on installing a warp feed on it? If you aren't getting a warp feed, it doesn't really matter whether you get a left powerfeed or a right powerfeed. If you are thinking of getting a warp, you should go with a right powerfeed since you are right handed.

With that said, I have a left powerfeed mag that I run with a revvy and no warp that I absolutely love. I don't think I, personally, would want a right powerfeed on it after playing with the left one. I don't, however, have any plans of putting a warp feed on mine since I have a standard valve and play primarily woodsball.
Are you gonna bark all day little doggie........Or are you gonna bite?

                            You're making this too confusing.

HL = Hopper left = the hopper will be to the upper left of your gun

HR = Hopper right = the hopper will be to the upper right of your gun.

If you shoot right handed, you want HL. This way if you come out of the right side of a bunker (which is what rightys tend to do) your hopper won't be all out there to be hit.

                            You should get Hopper left

if you think you'll get a warp feed... listen to what magaholic said above this post.
