RT/Retro valve owners ever have problems with chronoing?

I played a series of indoor games tonight, which were very awesome I might add (with the exception of my own newbie team-members shooting me in the back in 4 different games.... ) My problem came at the very beginning. I had to swap out the long spring for the short one (my field is 230 fps indoor) on the LX. The LX worked fine, but for some reason I could not get my gun to chrono. I used the normal procedure, and just when I thought I had it, I would rapid fire and the velocity would climb up over 250 fps. My velocity was all over the place...too low, way to high, down to 160...up to 290...and so on. I had to lower the tank output to 650psi (700psi is suggested), and play with the thing for about 20 minutes before they would let me on the field with barely acceptable results.

Has anybody else had problems using the chrono procedure on AGD's site? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hmm, very odd.

If your seals are all fine including the reg seat o-rings then I would check for bolt binding.

If you have an aluminum barrel it should be evident if there is wear in the barrel.

When the bolt binds it allows LX to vent a little of the chamber air before firing causing problems.
Did you hear about the new european weapons contracts? France is going to make the wooden sticks Spain making the little white flags
