What kind of maintenance is needed for a mag compared to a cocker?

run about 2 drops of oil into the asa and dry fire without the barrel a little. Once in a while(a month, every other month whenever you want) take out the valve with it's one screw and clean any dirt while making sure the o'rings are in tip top. that's about it(besides the obvious cleaning the barrel and any paint that may be in the breach)

Do you know about maintaining a cocker? the little constant adjusting, retimimg, resetting the velocity, along with other obvious points.(but don't get me wrong, they're good guns )

With a mag after you play, you should remove the valve (1 screw), whipe it down, put in 2 drops of oil, and dry fire a few times with no barrel. This will take about 3 minutes, or less when you get used to it. You can take the entire thing apart and clean it, if you want, but isn't necessary, and only takes a few minutes, unlike a cocker.
