    Emag LX still "coughing"

It seems about every 10th shot or so my emag coughs. I don't know if my 12volt xboard revvy is not keeping up and the LX bolt is venting or what?? It's very distracting and interrupts any chance of a long-fast string of balls. I have my Flatline set at 900lbs now up from 750 and it still does it. You think my hopper is just not keeping up with my ROF??

Any advice will be much appreciated!

Does it do it if you just dry fire it? If it only happens with paint, what kind of Revy do you have? Is it the old board with the delay or the X-Board? Is the E-Mag vertical feed or PF? What's your Max ROF set at?

      12volt xboard revvy(new)

It's a vertical feed w/ max ROF set at 16bps. Will a HALO B solve my problems?

mine does that if its not well enough oiled, or the carrier is a bit too tight. it happened even at input pressures over 850 (with or without paint).

          What was your resolution Syn...

Did you stay with the tighter carrier and break it in or did you swap to the next less-tight carrier?? I'll try that tonight.

You're shooting too fast for your vertical feed. Get a force feed loader like the HALO B or set your ROF down to 12bps for your X-Board Revy. It doesn't sound like a LVL X problem, but rather a problem with you outshooting the vertical feed setup.
