Upgrading AIR valve to RETRO valve

Hi,

Does anyone know if this is possible to do.

I would like to go to the retro valve, but I don't want to send in my AIR valve right away, as I don't have a backup marker, and I'm not sure if AGD can get the valve to me within a week.

Do you know if it's possible to pay $300, get the valve, then mail in my AIR valve and get a $100 refund?

Any information appreciated!

nm, I found a local dealer that will do the trade for me so I can get the retro right away.
