need help with my new emag

hey i just bought a used emag but i have some problems with it......on emode the trigger doesnt even move it stays all the way forward.....then....when i plugged in the battery and watched the led...nothing happened....i checked the battery connections and there good and i checked the wires under the grip and 1 selanoid wire was out....so i unhooked the battery and held the wire were it should be and put the battery one...nothing.....i put it on the charger and first it was green...but now its red and its been red for the last 2 hours.....i have no clue what is wrong or what to do....please help me....also if i send it in to AGD for a maintnence and it was never sent before would the also upgrade the software,check and fix the problem and stall a lvl 10 that i send with my gun for free?i know i have to pay for parts but will they also install the lvl 10 i have and upgrade the software for free also?

They will fix everything. They also upgrade the software, everything else.
