is this a pt spacer problem?

Ok I just a got new retro valve, dropped it in, and when I air it up, it just blows air down the barrel! IS this a power tube spacer problem or something else? Any and All input is greatly appreciated! Thanks

    also...

Also I`ve just realized that I can just plain blow into the valve (throught macro line) and it just comes on out the front. I've tried swapping power tube spacers and it does nothing. I thought it might have been an on/off problem but I took it out and both orings are fine. Is there anywhere elso I can look?

I've heard that RT valves need a fast blast of air to seal everything well.

hmm. when you turn your air on hold the trigger down and turn it on quickly, this should work. By the way what air system do you have, can you turn it on quickly or is it a slow proccess?
